In the beginning...
Kerri was introduced to squash and coached through her teenage years by Syd Moore who remains the most influential and inspiring person in Kerri's career.
As a junior she peaked at the 1999 World Championships and 2000 European Championships ranked 2 in Ireland behind Aisling Blake.
She continued her squash at university and obtained four Oxford squash 'blues'. In September 2002 she competed with the Ireland Senior Team at the World Championships in Denmark. She was part of the Ulster Ladies Squash team who, under the captaincy of top world ranked player Madeline Perry, won the Inter-county Championships in March 2004.
And now...
Kerri has been granted a leave of absence from her civil engineering job in London to pursue her squash dream. She joined WISPA in November 2006 and has since competed in many European tournaments rising from 189th to 77th in the rankings.
